The Systems Analyst will be instrumental in driving the user identification project for digital and VOD services. This role focuses on the evaluation, design, and implementation of system enhancements and integrations to maintain and advance robust user identification across platforms, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations, and leveraging Big Data and AI solutions hosted on AWS.

Opis stanowiska

  • Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • Education background:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Master’s degree or professional certifications in systems analysis, IT project management, or related disciplines preferred.
  • Proficiency in English at a Communicative Level (B2) or higher.

  • Skills and Competencies:
  • Advanced knowledge of systems analysis, IT infrastructure, and solution design in cloud environments, preferably AWS.
  • Proficient in Big Data technologies and AI solutions, with the ability to implement these tools in enhancing system functionalities.
  • Excellent documentation skills, adept at crafting functional specifications, process diagrams, and system designs.
  • Practical experience with SQL, system modeling tools, and familiarity with Python or similar scripting languages.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of managing complex projectsunder demanding deadlines.
  • Familiarity with GDPR and other regulations that apply to digital environments

Wymagania

  • Experience:
  • At least 3 years of significant experience as a Systems Analyst, particularly in IT systems design,analysis, and project management within high-tech, ad-tech or digital media industries.
  • Experience with AWS cloud services, Big Data platforms, and implementing AI-driven analytical
  • solutions.
  • Proven experience in managing data-driven requirements and integrating systems acrossvarious functions.
  • Working with solutions concerning 3rd party cookie phase out and/or user identification isadvantageous.
  • Previous exposure to advertising technology (ad servers, programmatic platforms) will beconsidered a plus.
  • Collaboration:
  • Exceptional collaborative skills, necessary for working across several departments to gather requirements, share insights, and implement effective system solutions.
