Order Management Consulting Project

The project mainly regarded Order Management of one of the Voice products. While the solution introduced a couple of components in operator's integrated system architecture, it also heavily used the existing ones, being utilized to maximum extent and hence allowing to keep optimum costs of migration. Another challenge of this project was that it had been run together with a big architecture transformation program and has to be deployed in only partially completed environment.

Architecture Consulting Project

We provide ongoing architecture consulting services for Major Polish Operator. Within his responsibilities lie mainly requirements and scope analysis, feasibility study, solution's design and finally preparation of High Level Design documents. Among others there are also supervision and documentation completeness assurance, analysts team leading and knowledge sharing.

Architecture Transformation Program

We provided the team of consultants for second and third phase of Architecture Tranformation Program for Major Polish Alternative Operator. During second phase we were responsible for complete technical analysis and design for the Order Management solution altogether with integration and adjustments to OSS and BSS domains. During third phase our team provided design for the CRM. Along Order Management and CRM design covered:

  • Product&Service Catalog
  • Service Inventory
  • Order Validation
  • Others i.e. Notification Management System

We are regularly contracted to provide consulting services for high level process and requirement analysis for all major BSS systems and we were responsible for preparation of RFP’s based on the results during startup of Mobile Operator (CRM, Billing, Order Management and Business Intelligence).

We were responsible for building complete solution for Trouble Ticketing processes (covering network TT, IT TT and complaints) to a newly launched Mobile Operator covering all customer segments. Consulting covered:
