core3 work title structure has to reflect the dynamic nature of IT consulting business Taking into account the fact that core3 consultants will change their assignments and potentially roles they perform, single title/role is not sufficient in the long run Therefore, to reflect this dynamic nature, the core3 consultant work title / role is defined based on components from the table below

Core Title

Core Title is a main title of a consultant, reflecting his general skill level, seniority, expertise and position. Core Title is the title that is linked to the level of consultant overall compensation.

Skill Tags

Skill Tags specify areas of expertise and potential roles that the consultant plays. Skill Tags are selected from the master list. Number of Skill Tags is not limited. Each consultant is to have up to 3 key skill tags.

Project Role

Project Role is the most dynamic component. It specifies current project role executed by the consultant and is linked to concrete assignment. It is valid as long as consultant performs given role.

Core Title - Career Path


Core Titles:

  • Junior Consultant

    Junior Consultant is a fresh out-of-university or a student of last years of university with limited or no practical experience. Junior Consultant generally has to work under supervision and is not able to perform tasks alone/independently with the customer.

  • Consultant

    Consultant has minimum of 1 year of professional experience. Consultant can perform certain tasks independently and can have limited level of independent exposure to the customer

  • Senior Consultant

    Senior Consultant has minimum of 3 years of professional experience. Senior Consultant can generally perform most of tasks independently and can easily perform tasks in direct exposure to the customer. Senior Consultant should have strong expertise record in given specific area (could be expert knowledge or management)

  • Senior Architect

    Senior Architect has minimum of 5 years of professional experience. He is an expert in given field of technology/architecture.

  • Managing Consultant

    Managing Consultant has minimum of 5 years of professional experience. Managing Consultant can lead teams / run projects. He is engaged in sales, running selected opportunities.

  • Chief Architect / Partner

    Chief Architect / Partner has minimum of 8 years of professional experience. Chief Architect has unique / world class expertise in given field of technology/architecture. He is a leading architect for the company for given line of business.

  • Managing Director / Partner

    Managing Director / Partner has minimum of 8 years of professional experience. Managing Director is responsible for a part of business running it to large extent independently. He is running sales processes and is opening new accounts. He is managing recruiting process.
